摘要

Abstract

The safety of radio frequency source of intelligent handling robot is an important indicator to determine the safety of wireless communication device in explosive environment. Based on the analysis of the structure and explosion-proof technology of the wireless communication device, the paper systematically analyzes its overall ignition source and focuses on the safety of its radio frequency source. The paper discusses the application of explosion-proof technology for wireless communication devices in explosion environment from the aspects of housing structure, battery, electrical circuit and radio frequency circuit, etc. Taking Sample A as an example, the requirements, test items and methods for explosion-proof performance of typical wireless communication devices are put forward. Finally, according to the explosion-proof technical standard, the explosion-proof performance of the wireless communication device in the explosion environment is tested and verified.
