基于嵌入式系统的多功能电梯检测仪

Abstract
According to the requirement of quick and accurate on-site detection of elevator hydraulic buffer reset performance, elevator speed, acceleration and deceleration performance, braking performance and other parameters, a multifunctional elevator detection instrument based on embedded system is designed. The laser sensor is used to track and collect the compression and reset process of the buffer to calculate its reset time and compression stroke. The speed of steel wire rope of elevator speed limiter is detected by using rubber wheel and rotary encoder to calculate its speed, acceleration and deceleration time and braking performance. The embedded system hardware and application software are developed, and the instrument debugging, ?eld testing and application are described. Field tests and application results show that the instrument has the advantages of accuracy, rapidity and convenience in operation.关键词
