摘要

Abstract

The failure of electrical control system of cranes often leads to crane shutdown directly. In certain special application ?elds, crane shutdown can bring great loss and even adverse social impact. In order to reduce the shutdown accidents caused by the failure of the electrical control devices of cranes, redundancy technology is adopted to better solve such problem. Even if the failure of individual components occurs, crane shutdown will not occur due to the guarantee of redundancy system, therefore it can greatly improve the reliability of the safe operation of cranes.
