SPMT滚装装船力学计算模型与仿真模拟
摘要
Abstract
SPMT roll on/roll off ship loading is an advanced loading method. During loading, it is necessary to control SPMT driving and adjust ship ballast, not only to maintain ship stability, but also to control the attitude of ship and springboard to ensure SPMT passing, which involves complicated mechanical calculation. The mechanical model of SPMT roll on/roll off ship loading is established, including SPMT axle pressure calculation, ship floating state calculation, springboard attitude calculation, SPMT attitude and suspension expansion calculation, ship ballast adjustment calculation, etc. In addition, the corresponding computer program is developed to simulate the roll on/roll off loading process, assist in designing and optimize the construction plan, shorten the construction period and reduce the risk.关键词
