基于RCM的门式起重机维修策略系统研究

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of high maintenance cost and low maintenance efficiency of gantry cranes, the reliability-centered maintenance theory is introduced, and the concrete application of RCM technology is illustrated with the hoisting brake as an example. Combined with RCM maintenance theory, a gantry crane maintenance strategy system based on RCM is designed. The system can realize the management of gantry crane equipment information, reasonably formulate maintenance strategies according to the equipment importance information, the impact of failure modes and hazard analysis, and at the same time, the system can reasonably select maintenance methods and optimize maintenance periods to scientifically guide maintenance work from maintenance personnel, thus ensuring the reliability of crane equipment.关键词
