Abstract
According to the transformation conditions and requirements required by users, the feasibility to transform two YZ110/32 T-31.5 M A7 ladle cranes into one YZ200 t-31.5 m A7 ladle crane is discussed. The difference between the safety of the two different transformation schemes and the current standard is compared, and the conclusion that the safety of the two schemes after transformation is better than the current standard is drawn. Meanwhile, because the performances of modified YZ200 t-31.5 m A7 ladle crane exceed the contents of the current standard in structure, it does not conflict with the current standard at the first sight, but it does not conform to the original intention of the current standard. Therefore, some suggestions on the revision of JB/T 7688.5-2012 Specifications for metallurgy cranes-Part 5 Ladle cranes are also put forward. In the end, a reconstruction plan that does not change the main steel structure and traveling mechanism of the original crane is put forward. It combines the crane's bridge frame into one by means of mechanical and electrical control, in order to synchronize the operation of each mechanism, the speed regulation mode of the crane is changed to variable frequency speed regulation, and a new trolley and gantry hook are designed and manufactured to meet the use requirement of lifting 200 t ladle.关键词
