长链非编码RNA LINC00519在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of long non-coding RNA LINC00519 in gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relative expression of LINC00519 in gastric cancer cells, and further analyze its role in gastric cancer development. Methods Relationship between LINC00519 expression and overall survival of gastric cancer patients was analyzed statistically on GEPIA software using the cancer genome atlas (TCGA) data. Expression of LINC00519 in 20 gastric cancer tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues was tested by real-time PCR. Relationships between LINC00519 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer patients were statistically analyzed using graphpad prism7. Results TCGA data analysis showed that the expression of LINC00519 was different in different cancer tissues, and it was higher in gastric cancer and was related to the overall survival of gastric cancer patients. LINC00519 expression in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that of paired normal adjacent tissues (P ＜ 0. 05). There was no statistical change of LINC00519 expression level in gastric patients with different age or sex.Gastric cancer patients with lymph node metastasis showed a higher LINC00519 expression level than that of patients without lymph node metastasis (P = 0. 011). Conclusion LINC00519 expression increases in gastric cancer tissues. High LINC00519 expression may be associated with gastric cancer occurrence and metastasis.关键词
