摘要

Abstract

By way of feeding trials, this experiment was conducted to study the effects of supplemental Summer-autumn tea power on fat and amino acid metabolism in broilers by nuclear magnetic resonance (~1H-NMR) -based metabolomics. Broilers were divided into four groups, fed with dietary containing of 0.00, 2.50, 5.00 and 10.00 g·kg-1 tea powder based on corn-soybean meal test diets, respectively. Serum samples were analyzed by 1H-NMR metabolomics, to identify metabolites related to amino acid and fat metabolism. Growth performance, serum biochemical index and antioxidant index were detected among these groups, simultaneously. The results showed that a certain level of green tea powder supplementary has considerable metabolites to adjust amino acids and fat metabolism. Enhancing and broilers antioxidant capacity was enhanceed by reinforcing glycine, serine and threonine metabolism and alanine, aspartate and glutamate metabolism. Its serum 1H-NMR spectroscopy showed that glutamic acid, glutamine and glycine can be regarded as potential biomarkers for adjusting the metabolism of broilers fed with Summer-autumn tea power. In addition, Summer-autumn tea power supplementary has not effect on liver and kidney function and certainly improves the performance of broiler.
