成年早期环境因素干预对CD-1小鼠中老年期学习记忆能力的影响
Effects of early adulthood environmental factors intervention on learning and memory ability of the middle-aged CD-1 mice

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to explore the effects of early environmental factors intervention on learning and memory abilities in the middle-aged CD-1 mice. Using Morris water maze method to detect learning and memory ability of mice of different ages, the results showed that compared with the young group, the swimming latency of the old control group was significantly longer and swimming speed was significantly slower in the positioning navigation experiment (Ps < 0.05). In the space exploration experiment, swimming time, swimming distance and number of times across platform were significantly reduced in the old control group (Ps < 0.05). Swimming distance and number of times across platform in the 12-month-old control group and enriched-environment group were significantly higher than those in the stress group (Ps < 0.05). In the target quadrant swimming time, only the enriched-environment group was significantly higher than the stress group (Ps<0.05). The similar treatment effects were also observed in 18-month-old mice. The control group and enriched-environment group performed better than the stress group, but the overall effect was weaker than 12 months old. The results suggested that the learning and memory changes of CD-1 mice are age-dependent and early chronic complex stress can accelerate the learning and memory impairment of mice until the old age, and the enriched environment can delay this damage effect.关键词
