淮南市9种园林乔木树种的夏季光合特性
Photosynthetic characteristics of nine garden tree species in summer of Huainan city

Abstract
An experiment was conducted to study the photosynthetic characteristics of nine garden tree species in summer of Huainan city using the TPS-2 portable photosynthesis system. Results revealed that there were significant differences in daily average of photosynthetic parameters (Pn, Ci, Tr, Gs, Ls and WUEt) and diurnal courses of gas exchange of garden tree species. The diurnal fluctuations of net photosynthesis rate (Pn) of Magnolia denudata, Sophora pendula, Ligustrum lucidum, Ginkgo biloba and Ulmus pumila could be represented by a bimodal curve, indicating midday depression of photosynthesis. All garden tree species were clustered into five groups based on daily average of Pn, Tr, WUEt. The group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were of low and medium photosynthesis, transpiration and water use efficiency (Magnolia denudate, Photinia fraseri, Sophora pendula, Ligustrum lucidum, Ginkgo biloba). The group Ⅲ was of low photosynthesis, transpiration and high water use efficiency (Cerasus serrulata var. lannesiana). The group Ⅳwas of high photosynthesis, transpiration and water use efficiency (Sapium sebiferum). The group Ⅴ was of high photosynthesis, transpiration and low water use efficiency (Cinnamomum camphora and Ulmus pumila). From the perspective of ecological garden (carbon sequestration and oxygen release, cooling and humidification efficiency, water conservation and consumption reduction), Sapium sebiferum is the preferred garden tree species in Huainan city.关键词
