摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the effect of environmental pH on the growth and metabolism of Suillus luteus, the protein and nucleic acid content was measured in Suillus luteus cultured in liquid medium of different pH. The result showed that the contents of protein and nucleic acid gradually increased with the increase of pH in the range of pH 3.0 to 6.0, and reached the highest value at pH 6.0. The contents of protein and nucleic acid decreased rapidly with the increase of pH in the range of pH 6.0 to 8.0. There was an extremely significant correlationship between the content of protein with RNA and DNA, and the correlation coefficients were 0.923 and 0.977 respectively. There was also an extremely significant correlationship between DNA and RNA content (correlation coefficient was 0.927). This result would provide a scientific basis for further exploration in the aspect of adapting and regulating environmental pH.关键词
