摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To determine the toxicities of different bio-fungicides against Phytophthora nicotianae in laboratory.[Method]The antibacterial effects of 9 bio-fungicides such as polyxins, eugenol, matrine, osthole, ningnanmycin, ethylicin, kasugamycin, carsley and validamycin A against Phytophthora nicotianae were conducted with mycelium growth inhibition method.[Result]Effects of different bio-fungicides were quite different.Polyamin has no effect on Phytophthora nicotianae.Eugenol was the most effective biofungicide with the EC50 value of 0.015 3 mg/L.Ethylicin and osthole showed well control effect with the EC50 values of 1.292 5 and 10.630 9 mg/L.Kasugamyci, Carsley, Ningnanmycin, Matrine and validamycin A showed poor inhibitory effect with the EC50 values of 50.993 2, 117.472 0, 286.009 2, 413.905 0 mg/L and 587.767 4 mg/L.Polyxins showed no effect to Phytophthora nicotianae.[Conclusion] The study can provide the foundation for screening and management of good fungicides in the field.
