玫瑰茄与菊花混合粗提物降低血压作用研究
Antihypertensive Effect of Mixed Crude Extract of Roselle and Chrysanthemum
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research was aimed to study the effect of mixed crude extract of roselle and chrysanthemum on blood pressure of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). [Method] Using WKY rats as control group, using SHR rats as model control group, WKY group and SHR group were given by gavage with saline; effect of three different doses (low, middle and high) of roselle and chrysanthemum mixed crude extract on the changes of skin color, eating and drinking water, diarrhea and irritable, etc.was studied, and the simultaneous determination tail arterial pressure were studied to observe the effect on blood pressure in SHR rats. [Result] The trend of blood pressure in high dose group was similar to that of positive control group. After a week, the blood pressure decreased slightly. After continuous administration, the blood pressure showed a continuous downward trend, and the blood pressure dropped to the lowest value on the twenty-eighth day after administration. [Conclusion] The high dose group of mixed crude extract of roselle and chrysanthemum has the effect of lowering blood pressure.关键词
