摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum process for extracting volatile oil from pine needles of Pinus koraiensis by steam distillation.[Method]By designing single factor tests and the orthogonal test and choosing the yield of volatile oil as index, this study investigated the influence of quantity of pine needles, soaking time, material to liquid ratio, and distillation time.[Result]The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the quantity of pine needle was 150 g, the material to liquid ratio was 1∶9, the soaking time was 12 hours and the distillation time was 5 hours. The average yield of volatile oil was 0.323%, and the RSD was 6.87%.[Conclusion]This study provides a theoretical basis for the extraction of volatile oil from pine needles.
