摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of metallic elements on the coloration of wild Impatiens.[Method]The content of metal ions in the petals of six wild Impatiens was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and its effect on anthocyanins was analyzed.[Result]The content of metal ions in different color petals was different, and the contents of Na, Fe, Ca, Mn, Cu, Mg and Pb were higher in Impatiens corchorifolia Franch, the content of K was the highest in the Impatiens clavigervar. Auriculata S.H. Huang. The contents of K, Na, Ca and Mg elements in Impatiens cyanantha Hook.f of blue and purple flowers were higher. The contents of Zn, Mn and Cu were higher in Impatiens uliginosa Franch. Pb and Fe were higher in Impatiens delavayi Franch.[Conclusion]The results provide basic data for the analysis of the mechanism of different petals.
