Present Situation and Development Suggestions of Crawfish Industry in Shandong Province
[目的]分析山东省小龙虾产业现状, 对未来小龙虾产业的长期发展提出建议.[方法]通过调查分析和搜集整理最新产业数据, 研究国内和省内小龙虾养殖产量变化趋势, 掌握小龙虾加工业、品牌与市场建设方面进展情况.[结果]小龙虾产量稳中有增, 市场销售火爆, 加工业与品牌建设也在发展中, 未来发展前景广阔.[结论]研究结果对省内小龙虾产业的长期发展有一定指导意义.
[Objective] To analyze the present situation of crawfish industry in Shandong Province, and offer suggestions for the long-term development of crawfish industry in the future.
