Reform and Practice for Guidance Pattern of Professional Teachers to Students Based on OBE Concept
摘要
Abstract
By using polymer material and engineering specialty of Northeast Forestry University as an example, the reform and practice for guidance model of professional teachers to students based on OBE (outcome-based education) engineering education concept was discussed in the article. And the guidance pattern of professional teachers to students including admission major education, professional academic guidance and non-academic guidance, the guidance of innovation, entrepreneurship training and technical competition was proposed. The practice proved that the guidance pattern of professional teachers to students guided by OBE was effective, which brought a referenceable and feasible way for efficiently promoting talent cultivation quality under the background of emerging engineering education.关键词
