胃癌组织中NEDD4L的表达及其临床意义
Expression of NEDD4L in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of neural precursor cell-expressed developmentally down-regulated 4 like (NEDD4L) and its clinical significance in gastric cancer. Methods The expression levels of NEDD4L mRNA and protein were detected in 25 pairs of gastric carcinoma tissues and their corresponding normal tissues by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot assay.Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to observethe expression of NEDD4L protein in 124 cases of gastric cancer tissues and 25 cases of normal tissues.Then the relationship of the expression of NEDD4L protein with the clinical pathological parameters and prognosis of gastric cancer patients was analyzed by statistical methods.ResultsThe expression of NEDD4L mRNA and protein in gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal tissues (P＜0.05).In addition, the result of Immunohistochemistry revealed that the positive expression rate of NEDD4L protein in gastric cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in normal tissue (P＜0.05).The expression of NEDD4L protein was significantly correlated with the degree of tumor tissue differentiation (P＜0.05), depth (P＜0.05) and clinical TNM staging (P＜0.05), and overexpression of NEDD4L protein had a notable correlation with favorable prognosis of gastric cancer patients (P＜0.001). Conclusion The low expression of NEDD4L in gastric cancer tissues may be closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, and may be a potential indicator for judging the prognosis of gastric cancer.关键词
