Preliminary Study on Syndrome Differentiation of Six Channels Theory in Phlegm and Fluid Retention

Abstract
In the process of di erentiation and treatment of complex diseases, Zhongjing emphasized zangfu viscera and channels, but he also applied the idea of syndrome differentiation of six channels theory in the di erentiation and treatment of speci c diseases.From the perspective of six channels, he grasped physiological characteristics and basic pathological changes of them, treated complex syndromes of phlegm and uid retention, and then clari ed corresponding prescriptions.It not only deepened the understanding of phlegm and uid retention in theory, but also had certain guiding signi cance for clinical syndrome di erentiation and treatment, and opened up a clear idea for the di erentiation and treatment of phlegm and uid retention with complex syndromes.In clinic, it is necessary to use syndrome di erentiation of six channels theory to identify the location and nature and establish the therapy.We should pay attention to the treatment of syndromes, not be limited to use"six channels", broaden the dialectics of phlegm and uid retention, enrich the treatment means of phlegm and uid retention, and directly guide clinical medication, which has a high value of inquiry and broad development prospects.关键词
