从少火壮火论浅析中药对糖皮质激素的增效减毒作用
Analysis of the Enhancing Efficacy and Reducing Toxicity Effect of Chinese Materia Medica on Glucocorticoid Based on the Theory of Junior Fire and Sthenic Fire
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that glucocorticoids have a"pure yang"nature, which is supplemented by exogenous"junior re"in clinical application.With"junior re supporting vital qi", so it can dispel pathogens.External glucocorticoids of excessive physiological doses can lead to hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis dysfunction, produce side e ects, similar to"sthenic re"and deplete human health.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of holistic concept and syndrome di erentiation and treatment.The application of Chinese materiamedica combined with glucocorticoids can not only enhance the"junior re supporting vital qi"effect of glucocorticoids, reduce the dosage of glucocorticoids, shorten the time of hormone increase and decrease, but also reduce the side effects of glucocorticoids.关键词
