Treatment of Parkinson Disease Based on the Relationship Between "Toxin Factor" and Neurotoxicity
摘要
Abstract
To analyze the mechanism of neurotoxicity leading to the occurrence of Parkinson's disease and the understanding of"toxin factor"in traditional Chinese medicine.The so-called"toxin factor"in traditional Chinese medicine is divided into external and internal toxin.Both external and internal toxin can cause Parkinson's disease.To explore the relationship between the theory of"toxin factor"in Chinese medicine and neurotoxicity in Parkinson's disease, and to summarize the correlation between pathogenesis of Chinese and Western medicine.So the aging of nervous system is the de ciency of liver and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine (de ciency syndrome).Parkinson's disease neurotoxicity caused by multi-factor interactions such as environment, occupational exposure and drug dependence is internal and external toxicity in traditional Chinese medicine, namely pathological products such as"turbidity and blood stasis" (excessive syndrome), substantia nigra-striatum loss of denaturation of the dopaminergic neuropathy is impaired in the brain.It is proposed that"toxin factor"is an important cause of Parkinson's disease.In the future, when it is used to prevent Parkinson's disease, it can be treated from toxin, and it is treated with detoxi cation, scorpion venom and elimination of toxicant.关键词
