王檀从肺脾相关论治肺痹
Wang Tan's Treatment of Lung Bi from the Relevance of Lung and Spleen
摘要
Abstract
Professor Wang Tan divided lung bi into two stages:the pathogenic factor, the severe stage and the slight expansion period.He considered that the pathogenesis of interstitial lung disease is lack of lung qi and not solid.Through the analysis of the physiological characteristics and functions of the lung, the relationship between the lung and the spleen was elaborated.From the physiological and pathological relationship between the five zang viscera, the syndrome of motherhood stealing by sons and mothers was analyzed.We summarized the clinical application of Professor Wang Tan in treating lung bi (severe stage of excessive pathogenic arthralgia) by releasing fire stagnation and ventilating lung qi with Qingxuan Tongbi Decoction.关键词
