Liu Tiejun's Experience in Treating Spleen and Stomach Diseases with Purgative Method

Abstract
Professor Liu Tiejun has been engaged in clinical practice, teaching and scientific research of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 40 years.He has established the academic thought of treating liver, spleen and stomach diseases mainly by purgative method.Especially in the clinical application of spleen and stomach diseases, he has repeatedly proved miraculous effects, and embodied the academic thought of"the six fu viscera must keep its unobstructed".Professor Liu Tiejun thinks that the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases is not only in the application of the syndrome of excess of Yangmingfu-viscera, but also in a narrow sense, in the deficiency syndrome, deficiency and excess mixed syndrome.Through TCM syndrome differentiation, to give spleenstrengthening, qi-tonifying, yin-nourishing, phlegm-resolving, stasis-removing and other dialectical nursing process is also a small amount of application, regulating the whole body qi and blood, will be more widely used in the clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.At the same time, through the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance, summarized Professor Liu Tiejun's use of Dahuang (rhubarb) in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases, guiding the clinical use of latent prescriptions.关键词
