摘要
Abstract
Professor Wang Lie believes that infantile colds are mostly wind-heat type common colds, and the clinical manifestations conclude fever, aversion to wind, sore throats, coughs, little phlegm, crying or dysphoria and yellow urine. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is that children have internal heat, accumulated into toxins, exogenous wind-heat evil or wind-cold evil into the heat, heat and toxic cement, and have mutual in uence. Professor Wang Lie summed it up as "the theory of heat toxicity", namely heat caused by poisoning, non-toxic non-fever, poison with evil into, fever caused by poisoning, poisoning caused by change. The key of pathogenesis is heat and toxin, so the main treatment method is to soothe the wind and relieve exterior symptoms, clear away heat and detoxify toxin. He makes good use of antipyretic and detoxify drugs and establishes Qinggan Decoction of Chinese herbal medicine to treat infantile colds. In clinic, he exibly adds and subtracts to remove and detoxify the fever, reduces the number of times of fever, and shortens the course of disease. The clinical effect is remarkable.关键词
