参附注射液联合生脉注射液对急性心力衰竭无创正压通气患者呼吸功能的影响
Effect of Shenfu Injection Combined with Shengmai Injection on Respiratory Function of Patients with Acute Heart Failure in Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Shenfu Injection combined with Shengmai Injection on respiratory function in patients with acute heart failure (AHF) treated in noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV).Methods 120 patients with AHF in NPPV were divided into routine group, Shenfu group, Shengmai group and Shenfu Shengmai group (combined group) by random digital table.30 patients in each group were treated with conventional western medicine, plus Shenfu injection, Shengmai injection, and Shenfu injection combined with Shengmai injection on the basis of routine group.The clinical symptoms, remission time, clinical efficacy, blood gas analysis and NT-proBNP index of the four groups were observed.Results The clinical curative effect of the combined group was better than the other three groups.The plasma NT-proBNP, PaCO2 and PaO2 levels were better than the other three groups after treatment (P＜0.05).The level of pH in the four groups has improvement, but there was no difference between the groups (all P＞0.05).Conclusion Shenfu Injection and Shengmai Injection have synergistic effect in the treatment of AHF.Combined use in the treatment of patients with AHF can relieve clinical symptoms faster, improve respiratory function obviously and improve curative effect.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
