益气通络安神方治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效及对患者炎性因子的影响
Efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo Anshen Decoction on Hypertension Combining with Coronary Heart Disease and Inflammation Index in Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo Anshen Decoction on hypertension combining with coronary heart disease and its influence on the inflammation index in patients.Methods 102 cases of hypertension combining with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into control group and observe group by a randomized way, 51 in each group.The control group was treated by the regular treatments, such as hypotensive drugs, aspirin, isosorbide mononitrate and statins.Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate of angina pectoris and high blood pressure were significantly higher in observe group than control group (P＜0.05).After the treatment, the TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C levels were significantly promoted in the 2groups and improved more in the observe group (P＜0.05).After the treatment, the Lp-PLA2, IL-6, sICAM-1 and hsCRP levels were significantly lower in the observe group than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yiqi Tongluo Anshen Decoction on hypertension combining coronary heart disease is affirmative and worth to the further study.关键词
