自血疗法治疗哮喘病疗效的系统评价及Meta分析
Systematic Evaluation and Meta-analysis of the Efficacy of Autohemotherapy in the Treatment of Asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of autohemotherapy in the treatment of asthma by systematically evaluating meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials published in China and abroad on the treatment of asthma by autohemotherapy.Methods Document search CNKI, Wanfang, Vip, China Biomedical Literature Service System, Pubmed, and Cochrane Library database, import Noteexpress system, check-heavy screening, analysis, etc.were included in relevant randomized controlled trials.The meta-analysis of the included literature was performed using the Revman 5.3 system.Results A total of 216 articles were imported and 11 articles were included.The total number of subjects was 797.The results of meta analysis showed that autohemotherapy was more effective than western medicine (P＜0.01);autologous blood therapy+other drug therapy was significantly more effective than drug alone (P＜0.01);autologous blood therapy+acupuncture therapy/+Drug treatment was significantly more effective than either drug alone or acupuncture physiotherapy (P＜0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of autohemotherapy alone or in combination with other therapies for treating asthma is obvious.It has scientific significance and clinical value.关键词
