中医药干预老年性痴呆前状态疗效探析
Analysis of the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Intervention of Pre-state of Alzheimer Disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound on mild cognitive impairment (MCI).Methods 100 MCI patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the digital grouping, 50 in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine compound, and the control group was treated with placebo.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The scores of MoCA and ADL were recorded before and after treatment.Results Mo CA scores in the treatment group were significantly increased (P＜0.05), while those in the control group were significantly decreased (P＜0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in ADL score between the treatment group and the control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine compound is effective and safe in treating mild cognitive impairment.关键词
