大柴胡汤与双歧杆菌治疗便秘型肠易激综合征
Treatment of Constipative Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Dachaihu Decoction and Bacillus Bifidus

Abstract
Objective Combine traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to explore clinical effect and safety of antidepressant in treatment of constipativeirritable bowel syndrome.Methods 90 patients with constipative irritable bowel syndrome were divided into three groups randomly.The western medicine group was treated with Bacillus bifidus, the Chinese medicine group was treated with modified Dachaihu Decoction, and the combined group was treated with Bacillus bifidus and Dachaihu Decoction.All of the patients were treated for 2 weeks.The digestive symptoms were observed and HADS were evaluated after 1 week, 2 weeks and 8 weeks.Results Dachaihu Decoction and Bacillus bifidus treatment of irritable bowel syndrome can make patients achieve different degrees of curative effect, the combined group is better than the first two groups.Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to cure irritable bowel syndrome is better than use simple medicine.关键词
