改良生肌玉红膏对混合痔术后的止痛促愈效果
Effect of Modified Shengji Yuhong Plaster on Pain Relief and Recovery after Hemorrhoidectomy

Abstract
Objective To compare the promoting effect of modified Shengji Yuhong Plaster and Shengji Yuhong Plaster on wound healing after hemorrhoidectomy in elderly patients.Methods 80 elderly patients with hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 in each group.After miligan-morgan surgery, the modified Shengji Yuhong Plaster and Shengji Yuhong Plaster were used for the post operation drugs between the two groups of patients.Besides, the injured area cicatrization situation, the hospitalization time and VAS pain score at the7th day after discharge were also collected.Results Compared with the control group, the length of hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter, and the pain degree was reduced on the 7th day after surgery (P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Shengji Yuhong Plaster can effectively shorten the wound healing days after hemorrhoidectomy and relieve postoperative pain in elderly patients.The clinical effect is accurate, thus it is worthy to be further investigated关键词
