低频感音神经性聋的中医体质辨识
Constitution Identification of Low-frequency Sensorineural Deafness in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective To research of low-frequency sensorineural deafness in distribution and characteristics, population constitution types and the variation tendency, to provide clinical direction for the entrance.Methods Based on the constitution theory of Chinese medicine, the clinical questionnaire was used to investigate the 60 types of diagnostic criteria for low frequency sensorineural hearing loss, and the results were statistically analyzed.Results By investigating the constitution types of patients with low frequency sensorineural deafness in TCM, it was found that the constitution bias of patients was greater than that of patients with calm constitution, with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Of the patients with low frequency sensorineural deafness, 87.72％were biased.The morbidity of dampness-heat constitution and qi deficiency constitution was significantly higher than that of other types of constitution (P＜0.05).The dampness-heat constitution in patients was significantly higher than the qi deficiency constitution.Conclusion The patients with lowfrequency sensorineural deafness are more likely to suffer from this disease because of their placid nature, especially dampness-heat and qi deficiency.关键词
