中医辨证取穴体外冲击波治疗早期膝骨关节炎的疗效分析
Effect of Acupoints Selection Based on Syndrome Differentiation and Extracorporeal Shock Wave on Early Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of taking acupoints according to syndrome differentiation and extracorporeal shock wave therapy with early-stage knee osteoarthritis.Methods 86 patients withearly-stage knee osteoarthritis were recruited prospectively from June 2016 to June 2017.One group with 43 patients undergoing extracorporeal shock wavetherapy were taken as the observation group and 43 patients undergoing the traditional treatment as the control group.Outcome related to physical activities of daily living, pain and knee joint function.Results Compared with the control group, the activities of the observation group improved significantly after treatment.Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment, taking acupoints according to syndrome differentiation and extracorporeal shock wavetherapy in early-stage knee osteoarthritis is safe and feasible.The application of extracorporeal shock wave therapy contributed to significance reduction in pain andpromotionin knee function.关键词
