腕踝针配合推拿疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎
Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined with Massage Therapy

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 64 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group for carpal and ankle acupuncture and massage treatment (once a day, 5 days a week, 2 days rest, 4weeks treatment), and the control group for oral treatment with celecoxib capsule (2 times a day, 1 tablet per time, 4weeks treatment).The clinical efficacy was observed in both groups according to VAS score standard and WOMAC score.Results The total effective rate was 90.6％in the treatment group and 81.3％in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with massage therapy and oral drug therapy are effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.关键词
