中药穴位注射对胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后胃肠功能恢复的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To study the application value of astragalus injection at Zusanli (ST36) in improving gastrointestinal function after gastrointestinal malignant tumor operation. Methods A total 90 patients with malignant gastrointestinal tumor in the Department of oncology surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into three groups. Astragalus injection group (group A), neostigmine group (group B) and control group (group C). Clinical efficacy, first bowel movement time, first anus exhaust time and adverse reactions were recorded in three groups. Results The first intestinal peristalsis time and the first anal ventilation time in the astragalus injection group and the neostigmine group were better than those in the control group (P＞0.05), and the adverse reaction of astragalus injection group was significantly lower than that of the neostigmine group, with a statistically significant difference (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Astragalus injection with Zusanli (ST36) injection is effective in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastrointestinal malignant tumor operation.关键词
