贺氏火针治疗慢性非特异性腰痛临床对照研究
Clinical Controlled Trial of Chronic Nonspeci c Low Back Pain with He's Fire Needle Therapy

Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect on chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNLBP) treated with He's fire needle therapy.Methods Using randomized controlled clinical trial method, 110 patients were divided into normal acupuncture groupand He's fire needle group, 55 in each group.The primary outcome measure was used by the visual analogue scale (VAS) for cumulative pain (VAS1) and immediate pain (VAS2).The changes in the quality of life (SF-36) were analyzed.Results Compare with the control group, the VAS1 improved significantly in the treatment group (P＜0.05) and the VAS2 improved significantly in the treatment group (P＜0.05).The quality of life were exhibited better results after 14 times treatment (all P＜0.05).Conclusion He's fire needle therapy can improve CNLBP patient's pain symptoms, enhance quality of life.关键词
