扶正调神法针刺治疗神经性耳鸣(肝郁脾虚证)的临床研究
Clinical Study on Acupuncture Therapy of Strengthening Vital Energy and Regulating Spirit in Treating Nervous Tinnitus with Syndrome of Stagnation of Liver Qi and Spleen Deficiency

Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy of strengthening vital energy and regulating spiriton nervous tinnitus.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).The treatment group was given acupuncture therapy with strengthening vital energy and regulating spirit.The control group was given conventional acupuncture therapy.The two groups were treated continuously for 6 days a week, with a rest of 1 day and a course of treatment for 1 week.There were 4 courses of treatment.The curative effect was evaluated before and after treatment.Results In the treatment group, 5cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90％.In the control group, 2 cases were cured, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 15cases, invalid in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 87％.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Strengthening vital energy and regulating spirit acupuncture is superior to routine acupuncture in treating nervous tinnitus with syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency.关键词
