近五年针灸治疗便秘的临床选穴规律分析
Analysis of the Acupoints Selection Regularity in the Treatment of Constipation in Recent Five Years

Abstract
Objective By searching the literature on acupuncture treatment of constipation from 2013 to 2017, to analyze the characteristics and rules of clinical acupoints compatibility and provide data basis and theoretical support for modern clinical acupoints diagnosis and treatment of constipation with acupuncture.Methods The literature on acupuncture treatment of constipation in the last five years was searched.There were 69 effective literatures.Results Through data analysis, there were many applications of Tianshu (ST25), Shangjuxu (ST37) and Dachangshu (BL25).Stomach meridian of foot-yangming was the most widely used, followed by the bladder meridian of foottaiyang.Acupoints were mainly distributed in the chest and abdomen.Front-mu points were most frequently used in specific points.In the aspect of acupoint selection and compatibility, Tianshu (ST25) -Shangjuxu (ST37), Tianshu (ST25) -Dachangshu (BL25) match were adopted most.Conclusion Summarizing the compatibility law of acupoints in the treatment of constipation, and taking Tianshu (ST25), Dachangshu (BL25), Shangjuxu (ST37), Zusanli (ST36) and Zhigou (TE6) as the main acupoints according to the law in clinical practice can promote the synergistic effect of acupoints and the practical effect and promote the application development of acupuncture.关键词
