足浴方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变
Effect of Foot Bath Prescription on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of foot bath on DPN and its effect on nerve conduction speed and quality of life.Methods 142 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 71 in each group.The control group was given oral administration of Mecobalamin Tablets on the basis of basic treatment.The observation group was treated with foot bath on the basis of the control group.Results Two groups of tibial nerve MNCV, SNCV and MNCV and SNCV of common peroneal nerve after treatment, the observation group was better than the control group (P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared after treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment, the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with foot bath recipe can improve the symptoms and signs, improve lipid metabolism disorder, improve nerve conduction velocity and improve the quality of life.The effect is remarkable.关键词
