Effect of Baicalin on Fetal Protection and Regulation of Uterine Immune Micro-environment in Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Mice

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of baicalin on RSA and explore its possible immune mechanism to regulate the maternal-fetal interface immune micro-environment.Methods SPF CBA/J females were randomly assigned to group A, B and C.The abortion rate and embryo absorption rate of each group were compared.The contents of CD4+, CD8+T lymphocytes, IFN-γand IL-4 were detected by immunohistochemistry and ELISA, and statistical analysis was performed.Results The abortion rate and embryo absorptivity of group C were significantly lower than those of group B (P<0.01).The ratio of CD4+/CD8+T ratio and Th1/Th2 ratio in group C were similar to those in group A, but the difference was significant compared with group B (P<0.05), the B group showed a higher CD4+/CD8+ratio and a Th1/Th2 ratio (P<0.01).Conclusion Baicalin can inhibit the development of Th1/Th2balance and promote the development of Th2 type by regulating the immune state mechanism of uterus and maternal fetal interface, which can effectively reduce the ratio of CD4+/CD8+, and can effectively inhibit the occurrence of RSA.关键词
