Abstract
In order to improve the performance of the eddy-current sensor, the parameter selection optimization method of the resonance measurement circuit is studied, considering two important influencing factors of measurement, sensitivity and quality factor. An equivalent simplified model of the amplitude modulation resonant circuit is established without affecting the nature of the problem. Firstly, the analytic formula of circuit impedance and amplitudefrequency response function is derived, through MATLAB numerical simulation, the influence of coupling resistance R0 and resonant capacitance C0 on sensitivity is analyzed. Secondly, the quality factor Q formula of the measurement circuit is derived, and the relationship between Q and R0, C0 is analyzed. Finally, the influence of parameter values on the measurement circuit is verified by experiments, which provides effective guidance and reference for the optimization of eddy current sensor measurement circuit parameters.关键词
