Abstract

Lithium-ion battery using liquidelectrolyte with flammable organic solvent have potential safety hazards. Solid electrolyte have obvious advantage in terms of safety and thermal stability. Therefore, the development of solid electrolyte is an effective way to improve the safety performance of power battery. New energy vehicle using lithium-ion power battery are currently developing strongly. As a leading company in the automotive field, Toyota has an important reference value for the development of lithium-ion solid battery for the automotive industry. This report mainly uses the search result in the CNABS patent database and the DWPI patent database as an analysis sample, and comprehensively counts Toyota's patent on lithium ion solid electrolyte from the perspective of patent literature. The results show that Toyota's patent application for lithium-ion solid battery are mainly distributed in Japan, the United States and China. The focus of research on solid electrolyte is sulfide solid electrolyte, and the focus is on improving lithium ion conductivity and reducing sulfide gas. Produce and reduce interface resistance.
