基于PLC的全自动茶叶压饼机械的设计与试验
Design and Experiment on Aautomatic Pressing Mechanisms of Tea Tablet Based on PLC
摘要
Abstract
Targeting to the problem of low efficiency and quality instability of the existing tea tablet press machines, an automatic machinery was designed, which can autocomplete all the process including loading, steaming, feeding, pressing, discharge, etc.In order to autocomplete the whole process, the machine equipped with steam oven device, then the steaming operation can be completed while loading the teas.And sample partition and weighing were replaced by the volumetric quantification of mold cavity.Production tests were conducted, the results showed the machine met requirements of tea tablet manufacture.The machine completed 270 tablet press cycles in an hour.The difference in weight of tablets is not significant (p=0.23699>0.05) , the standard deviation of tablet weight is0.26, the coefficient of variation is 3.11%.And the yield rate of the products is 86.1%.关键词
