一株蛴螬绿僵菌的分子鉴定
Molecular Identification of Metarhizium Isolated from Cadaver of White Grub
摘要
Abstract
In order to confirm the taxonomic status of a Metarhiziumthat isolated from the cadaver of white grub.Amplification, sequencing, and system evolution tree construction of thenuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (rDNA-ITS) , β-tubulin and RNA polymerase II second largest subunit (RPB2) geneof the fungusMa1518 were carried out.The result showed that the entomopathogenic fungus was identified as Metarhizium pinghaense.关键词
