摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzed operation characteristics of seven-level active neutral-pointclamped (ANPC-7L) converter under single-phase and multi-phase faults caused by switch short-circuit failure and open-circuit failure, and found out all the single-phase and multi-phase faults under which the converter can still be operational.This paper proposed a unified modulation strategy for various faults, and discussed the neutral-point potential balancing problem of ANPC-7L converter under various fault conditions.The proposed fault tolerant operation strategy is verified by the results from a 380V/5kW ANPC-7L converter.关键词
