Abstract
The compound Na3V2(PO4)3was successfully prepared by by sol-gel method with citric acid as complexing agent. The samples of structure and morphology were characterized by XRD, SEM and electrochemical properties were tested by electrochemical testing. The results show that it have good crystallinity of the cathode material that the sample synthesizing at 750 ℃ for 8 h. The discharge specific capacity is 107 mAh/g in 2.5 V to 4.0 V voltage range in 0.2 C current, and the first irreversible capacity is 1.29%. It can deliver reversible specific capacity of 97.1 mAh/g after 150 cycles at the current rate of 0.2 C, and a capacity fading of 9.25%.关键词
