摘要

Abstract

In order to prolong battery life and improve battery safety, it is necessary to analyze and study battery thermal management. Through theoretical analysis, simulation analysis andexperimental verification, the thermal management system of power battery for electric vehicle was designed. Firstly, the heat production principle and model of the battery were described,and the heating power of the power system was determined. Then, the liquid thermal management of the power supply system was designed. And the thermal management system and power system of the battery were simulated by CFD software. Finally the effectiveness of the designed liquid heat management system and the simulation accuracy were verified by experiments.
