摘要

Abstract

IEC 62351 standard provides protocol-level network security protection capabilities for communication protocols in substation automation system. In order to study the engineering application method of IEC 62351 standard and enhance the network security communication ability of digital substation, Utility Communication Architecture (UCA) user association has held an international interoperability conference, which realizes the interoperability of IEC 62351 standard in the field of secure communication at the station control level of IEC 61850. Based on the process and achievements of this interoperability, basic situation and test cases are introduced and the successful experience of interoperability is summarized. the key technical details affecting interoperability are refined from the aspects of authentication, encryption and compatibility. The problems and reasons encountered in this interoperability are deeply analyzed.
