Research on Complex Surface of Automobile Headlights Based on LiDAR
摘要
Abstract
In order to shorten the research time and reduce the research cost of the complex curved surface of automobile lamp, LiDAR is used to carry out the reverse reconstruction technology for the complex curved surface of automobile lamp.The point cloud data is processed by CATIA software, such as warfare alignment, feature extraction, mesh generation and interpolation.And the software 3D Curve, Projection and Free style modules are used to reconstruct the complex surface of vehicle lights.Finally, the error of the reverse reconstruction and the smoothness analysis of the curve of the lamp surface are analyzed.The research can provide theoretical reference and basis for the reconstruction of other complex surfaces.关键词
