不同驱动方式对无刷直流电机性能的研究
Research on the Performance of Brushless DC Motor Under Different Driving Mode

Abstract
Brushless DC moto(r BLDCM)can be used by two driving methods including square wave and sine wave,the performance of brushless DC motor whose back electromotive force has flat top width less than 120°under the two driving methods was studied. Based on the consistent RMS values of armature current,the formula of output electromagnetic torque under two driving modes was deduced and an experimental platform based on TMS320F28335 was set up. The experimental model of BLDCM based on speed and current double closed-loop control was established, respectively,the result could be obtained from the armature current waveform and output torque. The experimental results show that the motor with sinusoidal drive can output more stable torque and stronger overload capacity than the square wave drive on brushless DC motor whose back electromotive force has flat top width less than 120°.关键词
