摘要

Abstract

The energy of DC-link capacitance is very little in permanent magnet synchronous moto(r PMSM)driver system without electrolytic capacitor,and the grid input power could be affected by output power of inverter. Therefore, the grid current wave can be improved by controlling the output power of inverter indirectly. Due to the lack of smoothing capacitor with high capacitance in DC-link of PMSM driver system without electrolytic capacitor,the DC-link voltage output from single-phase rectifier will be fluctuated periodically,so as to result in the space vector modulation (SVPWM)algorithm to enter the over-modulation region periodically. The output power of inverter is changed in the traditional over-modulation algorithms,and deviated from the control goal. To solve the problem,a minimum power error over-modulation algorithm based on binary search method was proposed. The proposed algorithm made the output power of inverter follow its given power with minimal error. Finally,the validity of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated using a simulation of Simulink.
